EE- from TeleCo to TechCo
In this project, I examined EE as a business and service and decided to improve and expand on EE's services to improve User satisfaction and experience.

Desktop Research
At the start of this project I undertake in depth desktop research in order to understand EE's legacy and the marketplace influencers to determine pre-existing value, customer usability and expectations and where the shifts in customer needs were shifting.

Strengths/Weaknesses
The next stage was to understand the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and economic threats in the shifting marketplace.

A heuristic review
After researching EE the only way to truly see how the service worked was to break it down in the form of tasks and try t out for ysekf. This way I can see pains/positives and improvements firsthand.

The Future of EE
After reviewing the site and observing its nature I can then start to explore services I can input into the site to increase its popularity. Services that are becoming more popular with other telecom sites similar to EE such as EE pay, EE e-commerce, and IOE.

Site mapping
I then moved on to the new design of the site. However first things first I used Site mapping to determine where everything is first so that i knew where i could input new services so that the site didn't become too foreign and hard to navigate.

Wireframing
After deciding on the new features to include in EE such as security, banking, etc I created wireframes to help build a blueprint for the new pages of the EE site.

The design
After creating the wireframes for the site I followed them as my blueprint and input the necessary symbols and features to create a UI design that was simple to follow and still aesthetically similar to previous EE designs including the iconic branding.
