01

Heuristic research

in this project I used heuristic reviewing to survey what currently works well with the P2G site and what doesn't work well this helps me identify immediate changes to be made in the future with the UI designers.

02

Content square and potential componants

In UX research we might potentially use content square software to determine how well a section of your site is working, this can be based on a number of metrics and helps us identify smaller sections that need work e.g. a site that has a low percentage of attractiveness or click rate or traffic.

03

User profiling

During your research process, it's important to take into account actual users and what their usability compacity is like. for example, emotional, mental, and physical capability as this can affect how they use the service, what they want from the service, and how they are able to succeed using our service. We need to know what the user needs.

04

Clear deliverables

After your research, your can create. new service blueprint to determine what should go where and which phase should happen when as well as a list of priorities in terms of design for the UI designers to follow.
