Workshopping with High-Fidelity Wireframes

Being able to conduct workshops—whether online or in person—is essential for uncovering the root causes of poor conversion rates and weak user experiences. However, it’s equally important to have a library of high-fidelity wireframes ready to use. These wireframes help communicate ideas clearly to clients and provide a solid visual reference for the design direction. They serve as the backbone of a great design, aligning client expectations with user needs and creating a strong foundation for effective, conversion-focused interfaces.

Conducting an online workshop with an American client, we collaboratively reviewed the homepage to explore potential improvements. By combining my expertise in user experience and CRO with the client’s deep understanding of their brand and aesthetic, we were able to critique the existing design and brainstorm new component ideas. This collaborative approach ensured that both business goals and user needs were at the core of every suggestion.

With the same client we conducted another online workshop , we collaboratively reviewed the product page to explore potential improvements. By using high-fidelity wireframes from a pre-made library, we’re able to pull from a variety of blueprinting styles and piece them together, chopping and changing as needed to suit both the designer’s vision and the client’s goals. This flexible approach streamlines the creative process while ensuring every component serves a purpose.

The same approach applies to product pages. Ideally, I aim to create multiple options for homepages, product pages, and collection pages, as these are typically the highest-traffic areas of a site. They play a crucial role in the user’s purchase journey, making them a priority for analysis and redesign. By focusing on these key pages, I can identify conversion barriers and implement design solutions that guide users more effectively toward making a purchase.
