Fitwell
This is a fitness project I focused on in 2022 that focused on making fitness more accessible online. The aim of this project was to make fitness easy to access from wherever you are. This includes diet regimes, workout regimes, fitness videos, classes and progresssion tracking.

01
Th research
During this first part of the fitness project, it was important to research the demographics and background of gyms and fitness services. This allowed me to see the market value and popularity fitness services bring.

02
Personas
Through the use of guerrilla research, I can create personas of individuals best suited to participate in services such as fitness apps and gyms. These personas help with data to be collected to find out what services they are looking for in new and improved products.

03
Fitness Data (geurrilla)
After creating personas during guerrilla interviewing we can interview people who are based on and collect data using a series of questions. These questions will ask what they like/don't like about their current services etc, this helps me to start brainstorming of what to include in the new service.
04
Empathy maps
After collecting my personas and data u can now create empathy maps based on each persona. This allows me to empathize and identify pains and gains when a user uses a service. By doing so i can eliminate these pains and exacerbate the gains in the new service.

05
Scenario maps
After collecting my personas and data u can now create scenario maps that are very similar to empathy maps. These allow me however to break down step by step what the person would be feeling, thinking, etc during certain actions.

06
Service Safari
When creating a new service as part of research and data collecting it's important to do a service safari as it allows you to use past services step by step to see what they are like in terms if pains or gains. For example, seeing these pains in a service and actively choosing to avoid those pains in your own service.
